• GBL Chemicals (‘LEADING SOLVENT SUPPLIES LLC’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) will not authorize any return unless the Customer (‘you’, ‘your’) notify us within 7 days of the date and time of delivery, and of the reason you are requesting authorization for a return. You must inform us of any fault with the products and provide supplementary documentation (for example: images, a video, or lab test results.)
• Returns on the basis of change of mind or ordering the incorrect item are not permitted. If you have ordered the incorrect item, you may amend your order prior to your order being shipped. If your amended order requires additional payment, you must pay the difference to proceed with your order. If your amended order is of lower value to your initial order, you are entitled to receive a refund of the difference.
• Orders paid using cryptocurrency may only be refunded using cryptocurrency and cannot be refunded through a bank or wire transfer. Conversely, orders paid via bank transfer may not be refunded in cryptocurrency. The amount of cryptocurrency to be refunded is dictated by the conversion rate at the time of the processing of your refund.
• All refunds exclude the cost of shipment from the original order invoice amount. The cost of the shipment on your order will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
• The goods can be returned only with our prior consent. Only approved returns will be accepted. You agree to contact us prior to sending shipping our goods back to us.
• The packaging must be intact, clean, properly prepared, and packed. The returning item must be fully completed. You are responsible for the packaging of the item. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
• When we receive the item, we will assess whether it is unchanged and will refund your payment.
• You must contact us prior to you organising a return shipping label and to confirm the delivery address for the return shipment.
